Where should I park?

Ample free street parking is available on Haddon Ave. If you choose to park on E Linden Ave, please park on the side of the street closest to 1st Colonial Community Bank. Please do not park in the lots directly behind the studio.

Do I have to pre-register for class?

Though walk-ins are accepted, pre-registration is greatly appreciated. You can sign up for classes via our website, or through the Mindbody app.

What is your cancellation policy?

All students are responsible for their own cancellations, which can be made via the Mindbody app.

What if I show up late?

In order to serve all our students, classes begin on time. If you arrive late to the studio and the front door is locked you will not be able to participate in class that day.

Is your studio heated?

During our Vinyasa Flow classes the studio is heated - but it’s not hot yoga. We warm the room to about 80-85 degrees Fahrenheit to increase mobility and circulation. All other classes are set to a comfortable room temperature.

When should I arrive?

Please plan to enter the studio 5-10 minutes before the start of class so that you can find a spot, set up your things, and settle in. The door is locked once class begins for the safety of everyone and their belongings.

What should I bring?

A yoga mat, a water bottle, and an open mind.

Do you have props I can use?

We offer complementary mats and props (blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters) for you to feel supported during your practice.

Where can I store my things?

You can leave whatever you don’t need for practice on the racks at the front of the studio, the studio doors are locked for the duration of practice. Please ensure that you silence your cell phone before class and leave it in the foyer during practice.
